OUR LOCAL PROGRAM
(Plano, Allen, McKinney, Texas)

We offer home schooling for all students in the United States.  These programs would be listed on our website under “Traditional Program” and “Parent is the Teacher Program.” 

We also have another program called “Local Program” for students that live in Plano, Allen and McKinney, Texas.  Of course the above mentioned programs are available to you as well, but if you live in or near Plano, Texas, you might find the “Local Program” better for your child.  This program is where the student studies at home and the teacher comes to the home once a week to work with the student.  The teacher will stay with the student for 2 hours during the visit. 

During the time when the teacher is at the student’s home, the teacher will gather the school work from the previous week, grade it and review it with the student, work on any subjects the student needs help in and assign the next set of work for the upcoming week.  This is a highly structured program that helps students have better accountability with the teacher so that they may be more successful in a home school environment. 

The cost to enroll for this program is $745.00 which pays for the books and registration fee, plus $400.00 which pays for the first four home visits - total to enroll - $1145.00. After the first month of four visits, the parent pays $400.00 in advance for the next four visits. This program can continue throughout the year if desired. Or the parent can switch to the Traditional Program at any time, so as long as the home visits have all been met that were paid for in advance. The tuition will then change to the Traditional Program which is $160.00 per month.

Any months that were done on the "Local Program" will be prorated into the Traditional Program. Many students do the Local Program for a few months and once the student is familiar with the home schooling, they will switch to the Traditional Program.
