Transcript/Diploma FORMER STUDENT NEEDING A TRANSCRIPT/DIPLOMA When a student graduates from our school, we give the student two diplomas and several official transcripts. Please check your files first for official transcripts. If you are unable to find the transcripts, or you need more, follow the directions below. To obtain an official transcript or diploma, send a check to: North Texas Academy 903 18th Street, Suite #220 Plano, Texas 75074 Cost - Transcript: $3.00 each Original diploma: $35.00 Along with the check give us the following information:
1. Your name at time of
graduation
Transcripts
can be mailed within five days. Please allow two weeks for a high school
diploma since we do not keep copies of diplomas in our school. The
diploma must be re-ordered and will be an original, not a copy. If you
