FORMER STUDENT
NEEDING A
TRANSCRIPT/DIPLOMA

When a student graduates from our school, we give the student two diplomas and several official transcripts. Please check your files first for official transcripts. If you are unable to find the transcripts, or you need more, follow the directions below.

To obtain an official transcript or diploma, send a check to:

Cost - Transcript: $5.00 each - Original diploma: $40.00

Along with the check give us the following information:

  1. Your name at time of graduation
  2. Year you graduated
  3. Address of school or business you want transcript sent to
  4. Your home address
  5. Phone number where we can contact you

Transcripts can be mailed within five days. Please allow two weeks for a high school diploma since we do not keep copies of diplomas in our school. The diploma must be re-ordered and will be an original, not a copy.
